1. Sign up with internet sites. The ones I joined are; sparkpeople. com, caloriecount.com, and youtube. My Tip; once a week pick one workout video from youtube, watch it and try it.
2. Create a Log; I am using a 1'' binder with some plastic protectors, loose leaf paper, and dividers. My tip; make it very colorful, clean, neat and organized. The following is what should be included in your log.
a. Monthly Calendar
b. Log just for measurements (arms, waist, bust, hips, and thighs)
i. measure it monthly
c. Make a schedule
i. make sure you include everything that is important for that day (classes, work, etc.)
d. Log for the actual workout
i. include the number of sets and rep's.
e. Write down the equipment you have access to
f. Log for planning a meal (grocery list, items needed for workouts)

~other things to do; research the definitions of calories, how to count calories, print a list of healthy foods and drinks, remember and write down the healthy food selections from your favorite store. Try new healthy snacks.
